Michael S. Glassner is a singularly trusted advisor to America’s conservative leaders. Glassner has played pivotal roles in seven presidential campaigns, including serving as Senior Advisor to the Trump 2024 campaign and as Deputy Campaign Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Trump campaigns in 2016 and 2020. His leadership and his unmatched tenure with the Trump team for over a decade position him as one of the most influential senior executives in modern presidential campaign history.
Raised in Peabody, Kansas, Glassner is all too familiar with the challenges facing rural communities. A central motivation for co-founding Americans for Lower Drug Access is rural healthcare access – synonymous with long drives, high costs, and hazardous delays in care.
He currently serves as President of C&M Transcontinental LLC, a nationally recognized leader in advising corporations, political candidates, and campaign committees across the country. C&MT formulates comprehensive strategies for online, direct, and grassroots lobbying, political campaigns, corporate and social media messaging, coalition building, crisis response management, influencer recruitment, and political action committee operations. In addition, Glassner spent over a decade as a senior executive at a multi-billion-dollar state transportation agency and led external affairs at a global telecommunications provider.
Glassner began his career in 1986 as a senior advisor to Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole and spent over a decade supporting Dole’s work in the Senate, ultimately serving as senior advisor to the Dole-Kemp ‘96 presidential campaign.
Glassner and his wife, former Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner reside in Mendham Borough, New Jersey with their two daughters.
